Jammu, Nov 9: Today on the last date of filling of nominations for the election of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Bar Association Jammu which is scheduled to be held on December 7, 2024, 18 candidates filed nomination for different posts.
According to the Returning Officer Vikram Sharma, for the post of President five Advocates filed nominations namely Abhinav Sharma, Bhavishya Sudan, Nirmal Kishore Kotwal, Pawan K. Kundal and Rohit Sharma.
For the post of Vice President four Advocates filed nominations namely Ashwani Kumar Banotra, S. Baldev Singh, Daljeet Singh Manhas and Deepika Mahajan. For the post of General Secretary four Advocates filed nominations namely Ahtsham Hussain Bhat, Arjun Singh Pathania, Himanshu Sharma and Pardeep Majotra. For the post of Joint Secretary two Advocates filed nominations namely Anshu Mahajan and Rahul Sharma.
For the post of cashier three Advocates filed nominations namely Atul Sharma, Jameel Choudhary and Rahul Aggarwal.
According to the Returning Officer, Scrutiny of the nomination will be done on 11th of November 2024. (JNF) |
