Rotary, Inner Wheel Club host free health camp

JAMMU, Nov 11: Rotary Club Jammu Aastha and Inner Wheel Club Jammu, in collaboration with Starmeds Multi-Speciality Clinic and diagnostic organized a Free Medical Health Check-Up Camp at Starmeds, Channi Himmat. The camp, held on Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm, provided a range of free health services, including BP and weight checks, ECG, and distribution of free medicines to all attendees.
The camp witnessed the presence of renowned doctors, including Dr. Minal Uppal (MD Medicine, General Physician), Dr. Palki Sharma (Cosmetic Dermatologist), Dr. Tarinni Singh (Gynecologist), and Dr. Neha Sharma (Dental Surgeon), who provided valuable consultations to the participants. In recognition of their dedication and contribution, both Rotary and Inner Wheel Club members honored the doctors with momentos and planters.
Rotary Club Jammu Aastha's President, Rtn Ritesh Gupta, and Secretary, Rtn Vaishali Goel, along with Inner Wheel Club Jammu's President, Mrs. Manisha Sharma were present at the event. They were joined by other members of both clubs, who extended their support to make the camp a success.
The Managing Directors of Starmeds, Ms. Raagini Jasrotia and Mr. Sharang Jasrotia, expressed their gratitude towards the Rotary and Inner Wheel Clubs by honoring their Presidents and Secretaries. They expressed a commitment to conduct more health camps with both clubs to ensure continued success in bringing accessible healthcare to the community.
This event marks a promising step in fostering collaboration between the medical community and service organizations for the welfare of the society. The Rotary and Inner Wheel Clubs, together with Starmeds, look forward to organizing more such initiatives to promote health awareness and provide essential medical support to the community.
