REASI, Nov 11: Additional District Magistrate, Reasi, by virtue of powers vested under section 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 do hereby prohibit/restrict the sale/possession/consumption of Tobacco products including Gutka (Chewable & non- chewable), cigarettes and other related products in Sub Division Katra within the following boundaries: From Moorie Check Post, from Panthal Naka and from the start Point of Tarakote Track to Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan including track. Any violation of this order shall invite strict punitive action under section 223 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Senior Superintendent of Police, Reasi shall implement this order in letter & spirit. |
