Jammu, Nov 13: Natrang is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Suresh Kumar, affectionately known as Shishu, a senior and beloved member of the Natrang family.
Suresh Kumar passed away this evening, leaving behind an immense legacy in the hearts of those who knew him and within the cultural community he enriched with his dedication and warmth.
A cherished figure at Natrang, Suresh Kumar was not only a performer but also a mentor, friend, and guiding spirit to many.
His contributions to the arts, especially in the field of theatre, left a lasting impact on both Jammu’s cultural landscape and the broader community.
Balwant Thakur, Director of Natrang, expressed his condolences, stating, “Suresh Kumar was the soul of Natrang.
His dedication, enthusiasm, and passion for the arts were boundless. He was not just a colleague but a true friend whose laughter and kindness touched everyone.
His absence leaves a void that will never be filled.”
Suresh Kumar’s remarkable performances in internationally acclaimed plays like Bawa Jitto, Ghumayee, Mahabhoj, and Suno Eh Kahani remain a testament to his immense talent and commitment to theatre.
Natrang and the wider artistic community mourn the loss of a true legend.
