JAMMU, APR 1: To make children aware about the importance of plantation and trees and women about their basic rights and role in the society a rally was held at village Flain Mandal, block Satwari here today.
MLA, Indu Pawar who was the chief guest on the occasion appeal to the participants (women) to fight for their rights so as to get share in every sphere in the society. The function was organized jointly by Neelam Women Welfare Society, Vandana Welfare Society, Laxami Women Welfare Society, Durga Kala Manch and Usha Hand Work Society all NGOs. The rally was also address by Neelam Kumari, Kailash Devi, Bhadur Singh and Usha Kumari. |
