Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Nov 16: Senior BJP leader and former deputy chief minister Kavinder Gupta and Party's National Executive Member Ravinder Raina today made an enthusiastic call to the people of Udhampur district to join BJP as primary members, as part of the party's nationwide membership drive.
Addressing the meetings at Udhampur East and Udhampur West Constituencies, both the stalwart leaders of saffron party urged residents to become active participants in the growth of a nationalist movement that seeks to strengthen India's unity and integrity. Kavinder asking the people to join this tirade for strengthening the country said that BJP's mission is to not only expand its base but also to cultivate a spirit of nationalism and pride in the country. "Our target is to make every individual who supported the BJP in the recently concluded assembly elections a primary member of our party, alongside convincing others of the importance of joining this national cause," he said, adding that BJP leadership is committed to spreading the party's vision of a united, progressive, and self-reliant India.
The former deputy Chief Minister said that BJP's mission in Udhampur is not just about gaining political support but about fostering a collective sense of duty towards the nation. "BJP stands for national integrity, development, and the welfare of every Indian citizen. We invite all those who believe in the values of democracy, unity, and patriotism to join us in this movement," he maintained.
Ravinder Raina, in his address, said that BJP is relentlessly working to address the local issues while promoting the nationalistic spirit across every corner of Jammu and Kashmir. He expressed confidence that the membership drive would attract widespread participation, reflecting the people's growing trust in the party's leadership and commitment to the region's development as the world saw during the recent elections in J&K, in which party's vote share was the highest.
"We are focused on ensuring that BJP's ideals of nationalism and love for the country resonate throughout Udhampur. The goal is to create a movement where every single person is a stakeholder in the future of India and Jammu and Kashmir," he said while urging people from all walks of life to join the BJP and contribute to the party's vision of transforming India into a prosperous and self-sufficient nation, proud of its heritage and its future.
Others present in the meetings include BJP's Udhampur District President Arun Gupta, MLA R S Pathania, and Chander Kumar Gupta former Mayor and Prabhari Udhampur District.
