Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 24: BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta has called upon the youth of Jammu and Kashmir to heed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's advice to join politics and contribute to the nation-building process. It is pertinent to mention that PM Modi, during the 116th episode of his monthly radio broadcast Mann Ki Baat has announced the launch of the 'Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue,' which will be held on January 11-12 in Delhi giving impetus to nation building by involving young blood of the country.
In a statement issued to media persons, Kavinder Gupta welcomed the aforesaid initiative aiming at empowering young leaders from across the country, providing them a platform to engage, learn, and discuss the vision of a 'Developed India' with experts, policy-makers, and mentors.
Kavinder Gupta said that it is a historic opportunity for the youth of Jammu and Kashmir to get involved in national politics and actively participate in shaping the future of the nation. "This is a significant moment in Indian politics, as PM Modi is not only leading the nation but also mentoring its citizens. His 'Mann Ki Baat' broadcasts have become a tool of empowerment, offering valuable insights and opportunities for people to improve their lives. For the first time in history, the Prime Minister himself is urging young people to join politics, making it clear that political engagement is not just for those with family legacies but for everyone who has a passion for serving the nation," he maintained.
"India's youth have immense potential and now is the time for them to channel this energy into creating a strong, prosperous, and developed nation. As PM Modi said, it is essential that the youth rise above regional, cultural, and familial boundaries and take ownership of the nation's progress," Gupta added.
