Rajouri, Nov 25: In a significant operation, Rajouri Police apprehended three absconders evading arrest for over a decade in connection with FIR No. 306/2011. The case pertains to charges under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, and 323 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC), registered at Police Station Rajouri.
The apprehended individuals have been identified as:
1. Parvaiz Ahmed, son of Badir Hussain
2. Mohd Zamurad, son of Badir Hussain
3. Mohd Iqbal, son of Lal Din
All three are residents of Chawa, Rajouri. They had warrants issued against them under Section 512/299 Cr.PC by the Hon’ble Sessions Court, Rajouri.
After sustained efforts, the police successfully located and arrested the accused, ensuring their production before the Hon’ble Court today while adhering to all legal protocols.
The operation reflects the commitment of Rajouri Police to maintaining the rule of law and ensuring justice. Efforts are ongoing to bring other offenders to account, reaffirming the resolve of law enforcement in the region. |
