Grand Farewell for Ganesh Khajuria Chairman JKTF

JAMMU, Nov 25: A heartfelt farewell function was organized today to honor Ganesh Khajuria, Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF), for his exceptional contributions to education and his leadership in the employee welfare movement. Sh. Khajuria is set to retire on November 30, 2024.
The event witnessed a grand reception for Khajuria and his wife, Bimla Khajuria, hosted by Central, Provincial, District, and Zonal members of JKTF. Distinguished guests included Suraj Singh Rathore, Joint Secretary of JKBOSE, and Sh. Jagdeep Padha, Chief Education Officer Jammu.
Speakers praised Khajuria's relentless efforts to uplift the teaching community and his pivotal role in advancing education across Jammu and Kashmir. Highlights included a welcome address by Sh. Kuldeep Bandral and a biographical tribute by Bharat Bhushan Sharma.
In his speech, Khajuria expressed gratitude for the support he received and announced Jb Mohd Shafi Rather as his successor, effective December 1, 2024.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Darshan Sharma, Secretary JKTF J&K, and a cultural program featuring performances by renowned artists from the region.
