4th National Lok Adalat to be held on December 14

SRINAGAR, Nov 25: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Srinagar is going to hold 4th National Lok Adalat on 14 December, 2024 for settlement of pre-Litigation and post Litigation cases at District Court Complex Srinagar. During the said National Lok Adalat, pre -Litigation cases to be take up for settlement include NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery matters, Labour disputes cases, Electricity and Water bills (excluding non-Compoundable) and other (Criminal Compoundable, Matrimonial and other civil disputes). The pending in Courts cases also to be settled in the Lok Adalat include Criminal Compoundable offence, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery matters, MACT cases, Labour disputes cases, Electricity and Water bills (excluding non-Compoundable), Matrimonial cases, Land Acquisition cases, other civil cases (rent, easementary rights, injunctions suit, specific performance suit) etc. Meanwhile, all concerned parties/advocates who desire to get their cases/ disputes/claims settled through this National Lok Adalat are being notified that they may approach District Legal Services Authority Srinagar/ concerned courts by or before 29/11/2024, so that their cases/claims/disputes can be settled amicably through this National Lok Adalat.
