Duty Staff imparted training ahead of JKSSB Constable Exams

RAJOURI, Nov 25: A comprehensive training session for duty staff was conducted here today to ensure smooth conduct of the upcoming JKSSB Constable Recruitment exam scheduled to be held on December 1, 8, and 22, 2024.
The training was held in Dak Bungalow Rajouri under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Rajiv Khajuria.
The session covered training for Centre Superintendents, male and female invigilators in a phased manner.
Training for Centre Superintendents, focusing on their role, responsibilities and examination protocols, was held in the first session. The male invigilators were briefed on invigilation procedures and candidate management in the second session.
The last session was held for female invigilators who received specific instructions to ensure gender-sensitive while handling the candidates.
The ADC emphasized the importance of strict adherence to guidelines laid down by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) to ensure a fair and transparent examination process. He directed the duty staff to maintain vigilance and integrity while discharging their responsibilities.
The training sessions were jointly conducted by ADC Rajiv Khajuria, and JKSSB Coordinator, Samir Kotwal.
The training concluded with a Q&A session to address concerns and clarify doubts of the staff. The district administration reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the successful and unbiased conduct of the examination.
