Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 to be held

SAMBA, Nov 25: EPFO Jammu is set to hold Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0, an awareness and outreach program, on 27th November 2024 at the Conference Hall, DC Office Samba. The event will start at 10:30 AM and aims to engage employers and employees from the Samba district in discussions about social security provisions, including UAN activation, grievance filing, fraud prevention, and employees' rights.
Rizwan Uddin, PF Commissioner and RPFC-I, RO Jammu, will lead the event, personally addressing grievances and offering handholding support to workers and employers in the region. The program is part of a broader effort to ensure stakeholders are informed and empowered about their rights under the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) schemes.
The sessions will focus on various key topics including the UAN activation process, how to file grievances through platforms like EPFiGMS and CPGRAMS, and digital services such as e-Nomination, online claim filing, and updating KYC details. Additionally, the program will feature a special Pension help desk to address pension-related queries and grievances on the spot.
District Nodal Officers Mr. Devinder Singh, EO/AO, and Mr. Harshit Pathak, EO/AO, will also be present to guide participants and answer questions. The program aims to foster broad-based participation, resolve grievances, and strengthen the information exchange network among employees, employers, and other stakeholders.
EPFO Commissioner Shri Rizwan Uddin urged all subscribers, pensioners, employees' representatives, and industrial chambers to actively participate. He also emphasized the importance of extending social security benefits to eligible employees from the very first day of their employment. The program will provide valuable insights into PF, pension, and insurance schemes, with particular attention to issues such as updation of member profiles, death cases, and filing ECR.
