| Madan flay’s oppositions role in dividing people | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 2: The Congress candidate for Jammu- Poonch Lok Sabha seat. Madan Lal Sharma has appealed the voters of his constituency to isolate divisive and communal forces bent upon to divide people on the name religion or region etc.
Addressing election rallies at Bhor camp, New Plot, Raj Pura, Janipur and Ustad Mohalla, Sharma said that every one should work for strengthening brotherhood in the state. He said coalition partners in the govt. Congress and National Conference have stood for the development and peace in the state. He said during the last few years Congress Government took various steps to handle un-employment in the state. He said opposition parties have always played negative role as for as development and peace efforts are concerned in the state. He said coalition government under Umar Abdullah is fully aware about the miseries of the people, especially belonging to weaker section in the state and added means and ways are being created to resolve the all issues. He on the occasion appealed to the people, especially the intellectuals to vote for him to initiate further development in Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat.
Among others who also addressed the meeting were MLA, Raman Bhalla, Romesh Mottan, Vinod Sharma, Man Mohan Singh, and Uttam Singh and appealed the voters to vote en-mass in favour of Congress candidate on the day of polling.
