Samba, Nov 26: J&K Police have arrested four absconders who were wanted in a criminal case dating back to 2014. The arrests were made by a team from Police Station Vijaypur, led by SHO PS Vijaypur, as part of an ongoing drive against absconders and criminals.
The apprehended individuals have been identified as Ali Hussain, son of Faroz Din, Bali Mohd, son of Ali Hussain, Shoki, son of Bashir Kasana, and Naseeb Ali, son of Ali Hussain, all residents of Rakh Barotain, Tehsil Vijaypur, District Samba. The absconders were wanted in connection with FIR No. 20/2014 under sections 451/323/147 RPC, registered at Police Station Vijaypur. They had been evading arrest since the commission of the crime in 2014.
The arrested absconders were produced in court, and the arrest warrants under section 512 CrPC were executed. |
