| Absconder on run for 4 years arrested by Reasi police | | |  Early Times Report
REASI, Nov 26: District Police Reasi apprehended one Absconder namely Sajad Zaheer S/O Abdul Rashid R/O Thuroo Tehsil Thuroo Distt. Reasi who was evading arrest for the last 04 years.
Wanted in case 1. FIR No. 106/2020 U/S 336/323/147/427 IPC of P/S Arnas and 2. 74/2022 U/S 419/465/468/420/461/109 IPC of P/S Reasi, Sajad Zaheer concealed himself and could not be apprehended since commission of crime in 2020.
Accused evaded investigations by going underground and was continuously changing his hideouts. A warrant of arrests Under section 512 Cr.PC was issued against him by Hon'ble court of CJM Reasi and JMIC Mahore.
Today on a specific information team of Police Station Arnas led by SHO Arnas and SDPO Arnas by meticulously planning and coordinated efforts in repeated raids, chased and arrested the accused. |
