Jammu, Nov 29: Delhi Public School Jammu, under the Maharaja Hari Singh Social and Educational Foundation, honored Tilak Raj Sudan for setting a world record as a 100% specially-abled individual completing the longest solo car ride on the highest motorable road.
Covering 2,200 km across Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, his journey carried the message of “Mera Badalta Naya Jammu and Kashmir-Leh Ladakh.”
Dr. Ritu Singh lauded Sudan as a symbol of resilience and inclusivity, inspiring students to embrace courage and determination.
The event also featured disability rights activist Sandhya Dhar and philanthropist Raman Gupta. Sudan shared his journey and credited his family for their unwavering support.
The program, enriched by cultural performances and heartfelt speeches, underscored the foundation’s mission to foster inclusivity and empower vulnerable communities.
