| NC-Cong joint convention held at Udhampur | | District level co-ordination committees formed | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Apr 03- Coalition partners- National Conference and Congress- have started a joint campaign to ensure the victory of the coalition candidate across the Jammu region and in this regard district level co-ordination committees were formed today.
A joint convention of NC and Congress leaders was held today in Udhampur where district presidents, block presidents, legislatures, ex-legislatures of both the party’s NC and Congress participated.
The convention was organized to mobilize the leaders and party workers to work hard at the grass root level so that victory of congress candidates could be ensured in this parliamentary election.
Among others the Congress candidate Chowdhary Lal Singh, Rattan Lal Gupta Provincial president NC Jammu province, Senior Vice president Yashpaul Sharma, Aslam Goni Political advisor to NC president, MLA Chanani Krishan Bhagat, NC MLA Abdul Gani Malik, besides all ex legislatures and the district and block presidents of National conference and Congress also participated in the convention.
On this occasion district wise co-ordination committees were also framed to ensure the close rampart between the coalition partners at grass root level.
