JAMMU, Dec 4: In a significant move to bolster the party's presence in District Jammu South, Munish Sharma, BJP All Morcha Incharge J&K and Incharge J&K BJP Membership Drive, chaired a crucial meeting in connection with the "Active Membership Drive." The meeting was led by its president and also organized by District Jammu South President Rekha Mahajan and brought together key party functionaries, including Prabhari Jammu South Ayoudhya Gupta, District General Secretary Pushpinder Charak, District Secretary and Incharge Membership drive Rohiin Chandan, Mandal Presidents, Morcha Presidents, General Secretaries, Corporators and convenors of the membership drive. During the meeting, District President Rekha Mahajan appointed BJP active membership drive incharges of Jammu South, namely Naresh Singh and Kulbir Charak.
During the meeting, Munish Sharma emphasized the need to enhance the membership drive in both constituencies of Jammu South. He launched an active membership campaign, urging party workers, known as Karyekartas, to become active members of the party. Sharma also outlined strategies for the party's Sangathan Parv 2024, which includes active membership campaigns.
As the party gears up for the Sangathan Parv 2024, it is clear that the BJP is committed to expanding its reach and engaging with the people of Jammu and Kashmir. The active membership drive launched by Munish Sharma is a significant step in this direction. The meeting in Jammu South demonstrates the party's resolve to strengthen its grassroots presence and engage with the people of the region, he said. As the BJP continues to work towards expanding its base and promoting its ideology, it is clear that the party is committed to playing a significant role in shaping the future of Jammu and Kashmir.
Rekha Mahajan, President of District Jammu South, played a pivotal role in boosting the morale of party workers. She ensured that guidelines were in place to boost the active membership drive in Jammu South. The meeting demonstrated the party's commitment to expanding its base and engaging with the people of Jammu South. She urged all party workers to join the campaign initiated under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to help and strengthen the resolve of 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat'. Rekha emphasized that the aim of the campaign is to broaden the membership base of the BJP in J&K and to promote its core principles among the public.
Ayodhya Gupta shared his valuable experience and motivated the cadres. He expressed that BJP's focus on strengthening its membership drive is part of its broader efforts to consolidate its position in Jammu and Kashmir.
