| Delimitation case to be listed at Srinagar Wing of HC on May 11 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 4- The Division Bench of Jammu and Kashmir High Court comprising Justice Barin Ghosh and Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir, hearing two PILs filed by Sheikh Abdur Rehman State President Samajwadi Party and J&K National Panthers Party seeking quashment of 29th amendment restricting delimitation of Assembly constituencies till 2026, adjourned the case with the direction that the case shall now come up on May 11 at Srinagar wing of the State High Court.
The Division Bench, after hearing Bhim Singh at length and assisted by Adv HC Jalmeria adjourned the case with the direction that the case will come up on May 11, 2009 at Srinagar wing of the State High Court.
Earlier, Advocate General MI Qadiri had concluded his arguments day before yesterday on behalf of the State whereas battery of lawyers had also appeared in the larger interest of the public. JNF
