| NC-Cong coalition anti-weaker sections: Chargotra | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 4- To garner support for party candidate Trilok Singh Bajwa, chairman of the OBC wing of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) H R Chargotra along with other leaders of the party today addressed series of meetings at Miran Sahib, Nai Basti, Chatha, R S Pura, Kullian and other areas.
Speaking in these meeting, Chargotra said that only PDP can solve the problems of the weaker sections of the society. Pointing towards programs and policies of PDP, he said that agenda of the PDP was guided by the wishes and aspirations of all sections of the society so there was a need to strengthen hands of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and Mehbooba Mufti.
While criticizing NC-Congress coalition for ignoring demands of OBCs and other weaker sections, Chargotra said that successive NC governments were responsible for the conditions of the OBCs in State. He said that PDP has set an example of good governance in Jammu and Kashmir so there is need to strengthen this party for the welfare of the people.
Calling upon the people to cast votes in favour of Trilok Singh Bajwa, he said that Bajwa as member of the Rajya Sabha has effectively raised issues of the common masses.
Vir Bhushan and other senior leaders of the PDP also addressed these meetings.
