BARNAI, Dec 13: St. Xavier Convent School, Barnai, celebrated its 28th Annual Day with grandeur and excitement. The event was attended by Chief Guest Anand Jain, ADG Jammu Zone, and Guests of Honour Ashok Kumar Sharma, Director of School Education, Jenab Haseeb Ur Rehman, IPS DIG Railway J&K, and Reverend Hemant from St. Paul's Church.
The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by an inspiring address by the Principal, Pankaj Vihans, who highlighted the school's academic achievements and dedication to holistic education. Students excelling in academics and extracurricular activities were recognized and awarded for their achievements.
The celebration featured vibrant student performances, including energetic drills, graceful dances, and meaningful theatrical acts, which captivated the audience and filled the atmosphere with joy and pride. Parents beamed with pride as they watched their children perform.
Chief guest Anand Jain praised the students' talents and applauded the school's commitment to nurturing excellence in all spheres. Other dignitaries, including Ashok Kumar Sharma and Jenab Haseeb Ur Rehman, encouraged students to continue striving for success in academics and extracurricular pursuits.
The Vice Principal concluded the event with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the guests, parents, and teachers for their unwavering support. The program ended with the National Anthem, leaving everyone inspired and uplifted.
