NILM NGO organised school level painting competition

Jammu, Dec 13: The National Incredible Literacy Mission has organised a school-level painting competition at Border Memorial Presentation Convent Higer Secondary School Makwal, Jammu with the aim of fostering creativity and artistic skills among school students. The competition served as a platform to promote the importance of art in education and encourage students to explore and express their creativity. The purpose of the painting competition was multifaceted. Firstly, it aimed to provide students with an opportunity to showcase their artistic talents and imagination. By participating in such competitions, students can enhance their artistic skills and gain confidence in their abilities. Moreover, the competition aimed to emphasize the value of art as a form of expression and communication, fostering a deeper appreciation for creativity among the younger generation. The organization of the competition was meticulous and well-planned. Participants were selected from different classes to ensure representation across various age groups. The theme of the competition, "Environment Conservation ," was chosen to inspire students to reflect on the rich environmental diversity of our country and express it through their artwork said Thakur KD Kurhan Chairman NILM NGO.
The school-level painting competition at BMPC Higher Secondary School not only provided a platform for students to showcase their artistic talents but also highlighted the importance of art in education. By encouraging students to explore their creativity and express themselves through art, such initiatives support the overarching goals of the National Incredible Literacy Mission. The school's commitment to promoting art and creativity among its students is commendable and aligns well with the mission's objectives of fostering a generation of innovative and expressive individuals.
During the event Rakesh Samotra Managing Director of BMPC H S School Makwal remain present. Yash Paul Mangotra Principal of said school along with Shama Sharma Vice Principal and Divya Mahajan Incharge also remain present during the event . Moreover Coordinators of school including Anshu Devi, Savita Manhas and Asha Manhas remain present during the event. Other staff members of BMPC HS School who remain present during the event included Amarjeet Kour, Harmeet Kour, Rahul Kumar, Rita Devi, Priya Chib, Mitali Sharma, Chahat Salathia, Ritika Kumari, Shambli Verma, Naresh Bhardwaj, Shallu, Anjali Rani,Vishakha Chib, Sneha Manhas, Kiran, Mukandan Motton. At the end of event certificates were also distributed among the participants by Kavita Bali Secretary NILM J&K.
