| Chib appeals voters to vote for candidates candidates | | |

Jammu, Apr 5: Paying glorious tribute to first prime minister of India, Pt Jawaharlal Nehru in laying solid foundation of modern Bharat (India) at a election meeting held jointly by Congress and National Conference in favour of Madan Lal Sharma, of Jammu Poonch parliamentary at R.S. Pura, R.S Chib said Congress is the only party which has a broader vision for over all development of the country.
He said voting in favour of Congress-NC candidates will prove beneficial, as both the party has common goal, for the development of the country and J&K state in particular. He said during the last five under the leadership of Dr. Manmohan Singh country has touched new heights as for as development is concerned. He said a promise made in 2004 election manifesto has been translated into reality. Chib also criticized the parties bent upon to create communal wedge among the people in order to garner vote.
Chib said that vote for Sharma is bound to bear fruits and will ensure unity and integrity of the country and of state in particular. He said govt. under Umar Abdullah is taking effective measures in order to improve the living standard of the people in the state.
Dy. Chairman, Arvinder Singh Micky ex-MLA, Suman Bhagat, Ganesh Dutt, S. Jagat Sing, S. Balwinder Singh, Ch. Mohan Singh, Rajesh Bittu, Karan Bhagat, Madan Lal, Satnam Bhatti, S. Jaswant Singh and Ch. Mohinder Singh etc also spoke on the occasion.
