Five-day training on women safety concludes

UDHAMPUR, Dec 14: A five-day training programme on "Women Safety," sponsored by the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), New Delhi, concluded today at the Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA). The event, held from December 10 to 14, 2024, was attended by 24 police officers, ranging from ASI to Inspector, including one female officer. The training aimed to enhance the investigative skills of police officers and update them on modern legal provisions, including the IT Act. Renowned experts delivered sessions on various aspects of women safety and investigation techniques. Key speakers included:
