Jammu, Apr 5: Senior Congress leader, Mirza Muzaffar Beg have urged upon the people to strengthen the hands of prime minister, Manmohan Singh and of Sonia Gandhi, who are tirelessly working for the over all development of the country.
Addressing party workers and public meetings at Sidhra here today, he said to up-hold the secular and National Character and vote for the Congress Candidates, Madan Lal Sharma, on the day of polling. He said congress is the only party which is in a position to bailed nation as per as development and progress is concerned.
Beg exposed the opportunistic and politics of various parties, but on the other hand highlighted the role of congress party, which according to him is working for the development.
Among others who also spoke in the meeting were Mohd Ashra, Karan Targotra, Mohinder Singh Jamwal, Ch. Khushi Mohd, Ch.Din Mohd and Ghulam Qadir Khan.
