| Unemployed youth threaten to boycott bi- election | | | Early Times Report Bhaderwah, Apr 6- Alleging that the respective governments have failed to come to the rescue of unemployed youth of the state, Unemployed Youth Organization Bhaderwah has threatened to boycott the bi-election to be held along with the general elections for Bhaderwah assembly constituency. Addressing a press conference, here today, President of the organization Amjad Hussain Mir and other leaders including Ashiq Hussain Tak and Fardoos Gania alleged that the politicians for their political aims have been exploiting them and later on deceiving them in a very glamorous way. The unemployed youth of the area have been deceived by the respective governments and representatives, they said adding, the unemployment problem has reached to an alarming situation but the government seems to be unmoved towards the problem. He further alleged that in last decade Bhadarwah witnessed several developmental works worth corers of rupees in papers but unemployed youth were ignored in all respects. “The work was allotted to the kith and kins of the politicians and blue eyed officers looted the public exchequer”, they said adding, “The unemployed youth of the area was not given even a negligible share in the developmental work”. “The government announced that it will involve the unemployed youth in the developmental works so that the youth can be benefited but instead the works were allotted to the kith and kin of politicians”, they said.
