| Court convicts both the accused after six years trial | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 06- Special Electricity Mobile Magistrate Jammu MK Sharma today convicted and sentenced Amit Abrol and Abiral Sawheny, both residents of Trikuta Nagar Jammu to two months imprisonment . The duo were facing trial for the last six years on the allegation that on December 5, 2003 they attacked on a gate-keeper who was on duty in telephone exchange.
After hearing Senior Prosecuting Officer, DP Singh for the State, the Special Magistrate convicted and awarded two months imprisonment each as the convicts are first offenders. JNF
