RAMBAN, Dec 25: Gazala Noor, daughter of Shri Noor Mohd Bhat, has been awarded a Doctorate (Ph.D.) by the prestigious University of Jammu. She successfully completed her research under the esteemed mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Satinder Kumar from the Department of Law.
