| Soumaya Jain of K.C. Public excels in cricket | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 7 : Student of K.C. Public School, Soumya Jain of class IX, has been selected for Zonal Cricket Academy Coaching Camp to be held at Punjab Cricket Association stadium, Mohali (Chandigarh), starting this month.
Soumaya is one of the 25 probables, in the age group of Under-16, who have been selected for this camp from whole of North Zone comprising J&K, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi states.
He has been selected for this prestigious camp on the basis of his brilliant performance in Vijay Merchant Trophy played at Delhi and National School Games Cricket tournament played at Jamnagar, Gujrat. After attending this camp Soumaya will have better chances of represent country in International Under-16cricket tournament.
Principal of the School, Jorawar Singh felicitated Soumaya Jain for his achievement in the assembly organized in the school and beside appreciated the efforts of School Cricket Coach.
