| Jammu boy selected for Asian Martial Arts Games | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, April 07:A gold medalist in Ju-Jitsu at national level and martial arts instructor at KC International School, Tarsem Sharma of Jammu has been selected to represent India in Ist Asian Martial Arts Games to be held at Bangkok. Organised by Olympic Council of Asia, a member of International Olympic Committee, the Games shall take place at Bangkok from April 25 to May three. “I have been selected by the Ju-Jitsu Federation of India, an approved body of Indian Olympic Association (IOA) on the basis of my performance at the national level,” Tarsem told SAN. It is pertinent to mention here that Tarsem has already represented the country in the 2nd Asian Ju-Jitsu Championship held at Bishwakin, Karagystan in Russia.
