| Traffic restored on NH | | | Early Times Report Srinagar: After reaming cut –off due to heavy rains and snowfall, traffic on the 300-km-long Srinagar-Jammu Highway was restored on Tuesday. Traffic on the 300-km-long, the only road link connecting valley with rest of the country was suspended on Monday evening following heavy rains that triggered land slides at many places at Panthal. Sources said that Border roads organization pressed men and machinery into service after Jawahar Tunnel and Banihal witnessed fresh snowfall last evening. On Tuesday morning, the sources said the movement of traffic from both the sides was restored and passenger and trucks carrying essential commodities were allowed to ply from both the sides.
