| NC, Cong, BSP activists join PDP in Nowshera | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Nowshera, Apr 9- Expressing their faith in leadership of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and Mehbooba Mufti, prominent leaders from National Conference, Congress and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) along with their hundreds of supporters today joined Peoples Democratic Party (BSP) in presence former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. Prominent among those who joined the PDP included advocate Jeet Singh, who had contested assembly election from Nowshera, Capt (Retd) Mohinder Singh, Capt (Retd) Ajit Singh, Subedar (Retd) Jai Ram, Dr Farooq, Gurcharan Singh, Gurnam, Isher Singh, Havaldar (Retd) Baldev Singh, Pritam Singh, Swaran Singh, Sewa Singh, Nanak Singh, Anthar Singh, Attar Singh, Ch. Babu Ram, Daljit Singh, Saroop Singh, Subedar (Retd) Surinder Singh, Ayoudhaya Nath, Capt (Retd) Suram Singh and Bhola Ram. Speaking on the occasion these political activists assured Mufti Mohammad Sayeed that they would work with dedication to spread the message of PDP in every nook and corner of their respective areas. They also assured to work for the victory of party candidate Trilok Singh Bajwa. Welcoming these leaders in the party, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed said that with the support of the masses PDP would fill the political vacuum created after formation of Congress-National Conference alliance in the State. He said that programs and policies of PDP were guided by the wishes and aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat Trilok Singh Bajwa, Falail Singh, Bharat Bhushan, A K Sawhney, Arshad Mehbood and other senior leaders were also present on the occasion.
