JAMMU, Jan 19: The Annual Day Celebration of Bhardwaj Academy, Barui, was marked by great enthusiasm and vibrant cultural activities. Sham Lal Sharma, MLA Jammu North and Former Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The program commenced with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the spreading of knowledge. This was followed by a series of colourful and engaging cultural performances by the students, showcasing their creativity, talent, and dedication. The audience, comprising parents, teachers, and dignitaries, was thoroughly enthralled by the performances.
Addressing the gathering, Sham Lal Sharma praised the school for its commitment to holistic education and character-building. He said, "Bhardwaj Academy is setting a commendable example by focusing not only on academic excellence but also on cultural and moral values. These values are the foundation of a responsible and progressive society. The efforts of the school management, teachers, and students are truly laudable."
