JAMMU, Jan 20: On the directions of Directorate of HG, CD and SDRF J&K, 05 days Civil Defence basic training programme is started at Galaxy Para Medical College Sainak Colony, Jammu under the supervision Dy. SP. Anita Pawar, Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Jammu. In the training camp 135 Students of College are attending the said training. This training is on the knowledge of First Aid, prevention, management and control of Fire Fighting, Snake bite, Choking and other basic life saving technique and preventive measures during the natural/ manmade disaster.
On the inaugural programme of the training, lectures were delivered by the Civil Defence experts and highlighted the role of Civil Defence and importance of this training. Sanjev Kumar Manmotra, Chairman of the College appreciated the programme.
Anu Radha, Principal of College, Paramjit Kumar, Chief Warden Civil Defence, Jammu, R. Vijay Kumar Dy. Chief Warden Civil Defence Jammu, Sub-Inspector Ram Dayal Saini, Incarge CD Trainings and other staff of the College also present on the occasion. |
