JAMMU, Jan 22: Government Polytechnic Bikram Chowk, Jammu, in collaboration with JPDCL, organized an awareness seminar on the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The event highlighted the benefits of rooftop solar plants and the subsidies offered by the UT of J&K and the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).
Vinod Kumar (A.E.E), Sh. Rohit Gupta (A.E.E), Sh. Garu Ram (A.E.E), and Sh. Tirath Ram (Accounts Officer, JPDCL) led the workshop under the guidance of Sh. Talet Mahmood, Principal, Government Polytechnic Jammu.
Er. Sukhdeep Singh (HOD, Civil Engineering), Er. Raj Kumar (HOD, Mechanical Engineering), and other staff members of the institute attended the seminar, emphasizing the importance of sustainable energy solutions for the region. |
