JAMMU, Jan 25: The staff and students of Alexander Memorial School, Jammu, celebrated the 76th Republic Day with enthusiasm and pride on the school campus.
The event began with the hoisting of the national flag by the Chief Guest, Rev. Hemanta Digal, Presbyter-in-charge, St. Paul's Church, CNI, Jammu, followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
Principal Mrs. Esther William inspired students to uphold the Constitution and abide by its values. The celebration included patriotic songs by students, while the Pre-Primary and Primary classes presented heartfelt poems and dances.
Rev. Hemanta Digal emphasized the spiritual essence of responsible citizenship, urging students to follow rules and prayed for the nation's leaders and armed forces.
The event concluded with the distribution of sweets, leaving students motivated and united in patriotic spirit. |
