| Jammu CA on panel of arbitrators identified by ICAI | | |

Jammu, Apr 10- Arun Kumar Gupta of Jammu, a former chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Branch of Northern Indian Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been brought on the panel of 259 arbitrators all over the country identified by the Institute
Arun Kumar who has been paneled at serial number 207 on the Institute’s website was awarded for commendable performance as Chairman out of various branches of Northern Region
The arbitrators for settling disputes shave been penalized by the Institute recognizing that in the emerging globalize scenario the Alternative Dispute Resolution system is a cost and time effective alternative to the heavily over burned courts. Appreciating the larger role of members in ADR mechanism as well as significance of dispute settlement in the development process, the institute is desirous of promoting the area of practice amongst
the members.
Arun Kumar son of the soil is practicing for the last 21 years in taxation and income tax and has also authored a book on Jammu and Kashmir VAT along with CA Hardeep Aggarwal.
