Grand Yoga Shivir organized in Janakpuri

NEW DELHI, Feb 1: A grand Yoga Shivir was recently organized in Janakpuri, Delhi, under the expert guidance of Yog Guru Karan from Vishwa Yog Sansthan/World Yog Institute. The event garnered an enthusiastic response from the local residents, who not only benefitted from the valuable yoga practices but also honored Yog Guru Karan for his dedicated contribution to promoting yoga and holistic health.
During the Shivir, Guru Karan imparted crucial yoga techniques and lifestyle tips aimed at preventing and managing common ailments such as heart diseases, cervical issues, and other lifestyle-related disorders. The practical and scientific approach to yoga presented by the Guru left participants impressed, many of whom reported immediate health benefits.
The event's success has sparked an increased demand for similar yoga sessions across Delhi. In response to this growing interest, Vishwa Yog Sansthan has announced plans to organize more yoga Shivirs in different localities to spread the benefits of yoga to a wider audience.
Residents of Janakpuri expressed their gratitude and acknowledged the positive impact of the event on their well-being. Many attendees requested regular yoga classes to continue their journey toward a healthier life, recognizing the importance of daily practice.
