| Reject BJP, PDP at the hustings, Ravinder to electorate | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 11- The recently nominated MLC and PCC spokesperson Ravinder Sharma has appealed the people to reject the parties like BJP and the PDP who are spreading disaffection and trying to break the country. He was addressing series of election rallies in Sunderbani and Nowshera today.
Referring to PDP and BJP he said that they got exposed in recent elections for JK Legislative Council where both of them joined hands to ensure victory of a candidate of another political party. He said Congress is a secular party and that is why it has joined with another secular party National Conference in the State to defeat the designs of negative forces and take Jammu and Kashmir forward in areas of development. He said that during last five years of UPA rule the Country has witnessed much development as compared to other parties in the past. It was only possible due to proper patronization of UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and vision of the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. He also referred the special package of Rs.24000 crores given by Dr. Manmohan Singh to the State of Jammu and Kashmi and the liberal funding to the sate also, which had resulted massive development in all sectors and all parts of the State.
PCC Spokesperson appealed to the people to vote for Congress candidate Madan Lal Sharma to ensure the formation of next Congress Govt. in the Centre.
