| Polling staff imparted training | | | Early Times Report
Reasi Apr 11- Master trainers today imparted Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) training to the Presiding and Polling officers of Reasi district at Government Higher Secondary School, Boys, Reasi.
The trainees would be deployed for election duty in different Assembly Segments of the district during the ensuing Parliamentary Elections-2009.
Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Sanjeev Verma, M. H. Bhatti, Mohammed Hanief Malik and R. C Tripathy AROs were also present on the occasion.
During the training course, the Master trainers imparted EVM training to more than 500 employees.
The AROs while interacting with the trainees urged them to make themselves fully aware about the operation of EVMs so that free and fair elections are ensured in the district.
