JAMMU, Feb 14: Today NCC Cadets of GGM Science College paid tribute to the fallen Heroes of Pulwama Attack. Under the supervision of Lt. Dr. Devinder Kumar Sharma (ANO), Cadets paid tribute by organizing candle march, speech and various activities. Also other dignitaries and College Staff were present. Dr. Vandana Khajuria (In charge Principal) remarked that we should never forget the supreme sacrifice of our heroes who laid their lives for our better future. Prof. GM Bhat (Retd. Prof. University of Jammu) said that, we should pledge to support our Armed forces, stand against terrorism and walk towards Peace and secure future. Lt. Dr. Devinder Kumar Sharma ( ANO ) pledged that we should not forget our National Heroes and their supreme sacrifice. We also pledge that we would support the families of the heroes who laid lives protection valour and honour of Nation. Sergeant Amandeep Singh remarked that bravery of our soldiers reminds us that freedom comes at a cost, and it is our duty to honor and remember those who pay that price for us.
Cadets reflected the Patriotism, Nation building Character and Quality of valour. Cadets pledged that they would always keep integrity of Nation and would always help in the time of need for the country. This 14th Feb., the Black day of Indian history would always be remembered and would inspire youth to contribute for Nation Building. |
