MLA Arvind tours Ward 31, assesses local issues & development works

JAMMU, Feb 14: In a dedicated effort to address public grievances and assess the progress of ongoing development initiatives, Senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta, conducted a comprehensive tour of Ward No. 31, Vikas Lane. The visit was aimed at understanding the concerns of local residents and ensuring the smooth execution of various civic projects.
Accompanying him were BJP Mandal President Anil Angral, senior BJP leader Ayodhya Gupta, and other prominent party members, including Deepak Kumar, Vikas Gupta, and Babloo Chand. Their presence underscored the party's commitment to grassroots-level governance and active public engagement.
During the tour, MLA Arvind Gupta interacted with the local residents, patiently listening to their grievances and suggestions regarding infrastructure, sanitation, and essential civic amenities. He assured them of timely resolutions and reiterated the BJP government's focus on holistic development.
Key officials from various departments also joined the inspection to facilitate direct communication and on-the-spot redressal of issues. Representing the Power Development Department (PDD), Xen Sanjay Gupta, AEE Raman Rathore, and JE Sanjeev Gupta took stock of the area's power supply and electrical infrastructure. From the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), CTO Talat Mahmood, Health Officer Dr. Vinod Gupta, AEE Ravi Sharma, and JE Mukesh Gupta were present, addressing concerns related to sanitation, waste management, and civic maintenance.
MLA Arvind Gupta emphasized the importance of timely execution of developmental works and urged the officials to expedite pending projects to enhance the quality of life for residents. He also appreciated the proactive role of local BJP workers in bridging the gap between the administration and the public, ensuring that concerns are effectively addressed.
