Jammu, April 13: Senior leader of All India Forward Bloc and candidate of Third Front for Jammu-Poonch parliamentary constituency Qari Zaheer Abbas Bhati has cautioned people to remain vigilant against such forces who are hell bent to divide people on the name of religion and region.
Addressing senior of public meetings, during his extensive tour of twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch, at Lathung, Sanai Mandhar, Dhargallon, Derilalate, Manjakote and Kokra, the AIFB leader said that vote bank politics resorted by some political parties was eating the vitals of the democratic setup of the country. “People have to stand against such forces and give them befitting reply”, he said adding, “Secular and unity in diversity was the essence of Indian establishment and no one will be allowed to use religion or region to create a divide among the people”.
Lambasting Congress and Bhartiya Janta Party for their anti-people policies, Bhatti said that the two parties have brought only miseries and pain to the common masses.
