GDC RS Pura successfully condudcts quiz competition

RS PURA, Mar 4: In continuation to the month-long celebration of 75th Year of Adoption of Constitution of India and 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, GDC RS Pura hosted an engaging Online Quiz Competition on 4th March 2025 under the patronship of worthy Principal Prof (Dr.) Preetpal Kour and coordinated by Dr Rakesh Choudhary HOD Department of Political Science. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various departments, making it a resounding success.
The online quiz, conducted tested participants on a diverse range of topics, including Continuity and Changes in Constitution of India and Contributions of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. The competition aimed to enhance critical thinking on evolution of Indian Constitution, improve understanding of its leaders and promote a culture of learning beyond the classroom.
Principal Prof (Dr.) Preetpal Kour, expressed delight at the overwhelming response, stating, "It is encouraging to see students actively engage in such intellectually stimulating events. The quiz not only fosters learning but also nurtures a spirit of healthy competition."
After the conduct of quiz, the winners were announced, with Jhanvi Majotra securing the first place, followed by Shikha Devi in second place. The winners were awarded certificates and prizes, recognizing their exceptional performance. The Quiz was prepared and judged by Prof Vijeeta Anand and Dr Varinder Kour.
