School of Business organised Annual Fest-TATVA

JAMMU, Mar 8: The School of Business successfully organized TATVA-Management Fest under EKTAVA 25 - The University Annual Fest. Alumni of School of Business along with inhouse and external faculty members were invited as external experts to evaluate the events.
The aim of the fest was to provide a platform for students to showcase their extra-ordinary talents which will help them to become adaptable to the workplace challenges more quickly and easily. The TATVA featured 9 different activities organised to test the creativity, smartness, innovativeness, decision making abilities, managerial and entrepreneurial skills of the students. The students from within campus and outside the University participated in different activities at individual and group level. Prof. Pragati Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, highlighted the importance of organising of such kind of management fest for the overall development of the students in more than one ways. He also emphasised that such kind of activities aim to bring the hidden talents of the students out. Dr. Deepak Jain, the event coordinator of 'Tatva' praised the efforts of the students and the expressed the gratitude towards Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Pragati Kumar for providing encouragement for such kind of initiatives of School of Business. He also expressed appreciation towards Prof. Jyoti Sharma, Head of School and Prof. Ashutosh Vashishtha, the Dean, Faculty of Management for their wholehearted support. The guests appreciated the initiative taken by the University to develop interpersonal skills and to think out of their regular academics which will help in the all round personality development.
