DIG JKS Range visits families of missing boys in Rajbagh

KATHUA, Mar 11: DIG JKS Range, Sh. Shiv Kumar Sharma (IPS), visited Rajbagh and Marheen to meet the families of missing boys, Deenu and Rehmat Ali. Accompanied by DySP Border Dheeraj Katoch and SHO Rajbagh Ajay Chib, he assured the families that all possible measures are being taken to trace them.
The missing boys, Deen @ Dinu (15) S/O Swaru, and Rehmat Ali (12) S/O Makhan Din, had gone for cattle grazing near Bhamberwan Goat Farm on February 27 but did not return. Their families reported the matter to PS Rajbagh, following which FIR No. 51/2025 U/S 137(2) BNS was registered, and an investigation was initiated.
DIG JKS Range directed the SHO and DySP to coordinate with other districts, deras, and the boys' relatives in Punjab, Jammu, and Udhampur. Search teams have been constituted, and photographs of the missing boys are being circulated to gather any leads.
