AKHNOOR, Mar 17: A seminar on "Cyber Hygiene and Regulations" was successfully conducted at Government Degree College (GDC), Akhnoor, on March 17, 2025, to raise awareness about digital safety and cyber security regulations. The event saw enthusiastic participation from around 100 students, faculty members, and experts in the field. The seminar featured distinguished resource persons, including Ashok Kumar (General Secretary) and Arvinder Paul Singh from Helpage Social Welfare Society (NGO), Ajay Kumar and Kamal Sharma from BSNL, Goverdhan Singh from Airtel, and Rajinder Kumar from JIO. They provided valuable insights into the role of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in digital security, methods to safeguard personal data, protection against cyber threats, and legal aspects of cybercrime.
