| Court morns advocate’s demise | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 15- A Full Court reference under the chairmanship of First Puisne Judge Nisar Ahmed Kakru to mourn the demise of Advocate Vijay Kumar Khajuria.
In the Full Court Reference besides First Puisne Judge Nisar Ahmed Kakru, Justice YP Nargotra, Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain, Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir and Justice JP Singh were present, Presiding Officers of Subordinate Courts and large number of advocates paid rich tribute to the departed soul. The State was represented by Advocate General MI Qadiri while Bar Association was represented by its President Sunil Sethi. A two minute silence was also observed in memory of late Khajuria.
Advocate Vijay Kumar Khajuria born on March 25, 1951completed his LL.B in the year 1974 from Jammu University. Provisionally admitted and enrolled as a pleader on November 27, 1974, enrolled as Vakil on January 4, 1982 and further enrolled as an Advocate on December 2, 1982. He was practicing advocate in the state High Court and subordinate courts. JNF
