| Bhagat visits Marwah, Worwan areas, listens people problems | | | Early Times Report KISHTWAR, APRIL 15 -District Development Commissioner, Kishtwar, Mr G R Bhagat today conducted an aerial tour of the unconnected Marwah and Worwan areas of the Kishtwar district. The tour was a part of the administrative strategy plan to have a first hand appraisal of prevailing law and order and also take a review of the development scenario of the areas and list the demands of the locals there both at Inshan and Nowapachi. Large number of the deputations met the DDC and the team of officers during their visit and listed demands for the solution purpose by the government at the earliest possible time. The demands included improvement of health care units with posting of lady doctor and adequate medical supplies, early payment of NREGS works by the RD block of Marwah and Worwan, posting of teaching staff in all high and higher secondary schools, activating the CIC in both blocks, PMGSY roads from Inshan to Marwah and form Patimhal to Nowapachi, facility of satellite phones, ration quota supplies, regularizing the air sorties for the Marwah and Worwan public and early start of Inshan bridge. While addressing the locals, the DDC assured them to get their listed demands solved from the government with in possible time and also asked the locally posted functionaries to attend the day to day problems of the people so that magnitude of the complaints is reduced to some extent. Later, the team also made an aerial survey of the Marwah top to check the feasibility of opening the link road from the Kashmir side to Worwan of the Kishtwar district.
