PFO Jammu to hold 'Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0' at DC Office

JAMMU, Mar 25: The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Jammu is set to organize the 'Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0', an awareness and grievance redressal program, at the Conference Hall, DC Office, Jammu, on March 27, 2025 (Thursday), from 10:30 AM onwards. The event will be chaired by Ajit Kumar Mishra, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II, RO Jammu, along with the District Nodal Officer, who will personally address the grievances of workers, employers, pensioners, and industrial representatives.
Grievance Redressal: Workers and employers can discuss their issues directly with EPFO officials. Social Security Awareness: Sessions on Provident Fund (PF), Pension, and Insurance benefits. Digital Services Education: Training on e-Nomination, UAN activation, online claim filing, Aadhaar & Bank seeding, ECR filing, and fraud prevention.
Employer Handholding: Guidance on PF provisions, compliance, and grievance handling through EPFiGMS, CPGRAMS, and other portals. Special Pension Help Desk: On-spot resolution of pension-related issues.
The EPFO Jammu has urged employees, employers, pensioners, industrial chambers, and contractors to actively participate in the event to enhance their understanding of social security schemes. The initiative aims to bring services closer to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and ease of access to EPFO benefits. With a special focus on expanding social security coverage, EPFO emphasized that all eligible employees should be covered under PF, Pension, and Insurance from their first day of joining. This outreach program reaffirms EPFO's commitment to ensuring financial security and seamless service delivery for workers across Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
